Each of the 9 modules includes 60-90 minutes worth of short video trainings plus a short list of action steps and a workbook. On average, you could spend around 2-3 hours per week (split up however you like) to get the most out of this course, but since you'll have unlimited access for 6 months, you can break that down however you'd like.
